With nearly 30 years in physical therapy, I bring a unique blend of clinical experience and lived perspective to my work. I’m a pelvic health specialist, speaker, and lifelong athlete (I finished a Spartan race at 50!)—and I still show up every day with that same drive.
I take a thoughtful, thorough approach to care, helping everyone from athletes to new moms to women in midlife feel strong, supported, and back at home in their bodies.
